Course 2 : PG Certificate in Oral Implantology
Course Duration -6 months (2 modules- 3 days each) Participants will get to place 2 implants on patients.

This course offers knowledge and expertise in the science and practice of implantology, from theoretical science through restorative treatment planning to clinical practice in the direct management of patients requiring fixed and removable implant-retained prostheses. Participants treat patients provided to them under expert supervision. They have the opportunity to participate in the full spectrum of contemporary implant practice.
Course 3 :Mastership in Orthodontics
One year fellowship in clinical orthodontics
Duration - 1 year (2-3 days each month)
1 new case and 5 follow up cases.
The courses are designed to equip the trainee with skill and knowledge and on their completion to be able to practice some level of basic orthodontics and have the ability to intelligently pursue further apprenticeship towards advanced orthodontics.

Module 1 Introduction-history of orthodontics ,types of appliances-removable & fixed. Clinical examination-extraoral, intra oral, functional. Etiology of malocclusion and classifications of malocclusion-dental, skeletal. Hands on-1 bonding, banding exercises on typhodont & 1st patient case.
Module 2 Growth and development – maxilla & mandible, adolescent growth spurt detection. Model analysis, X-rays, OPG, cephalometry, discussion on study models Digital dental photography and data processing techniques. Hands on-2 wire bending exercises, fabrication of removable appliances.
Module 3 Treatment planning-space analysis ,extraction & non extraction philosophy-extraction choice ,which teeth and why non extraction methods distalization, uprighting, derotation, expansion, stripping, serial extraction etc. Biomechanics of tooth movement. Armamentarium required-consumable, non consumables.
Module 4 Wires-types, properties, metallurgy. Anchorage-control, types. Leveling and aligning in fixed orthodontics. Functional appliances and clinical application. Hands on-4 wire changing & wire selection
Module 5 Straight wire technique-(MBT)-introduction, philosophy, history, mechanics, anchorage control, materials, stages-I,II, bonding ,banding, wiring, wire sequence and selection, Overbite control, overjet reduction, space closure, finishing, detailing, debonding, patient care, Case discussion of all types cl–l, ll, lll, case discussion of all types on models , photographs, casts. Hands on-5 wire changing ,patient case discussions, twin block, bite planes fabrication.
Module 6 Concept of tip edge, beggs, self ligating, lingual and clear orthodontics Surgical orthodontics, retention and relapse. Interceptive, preventive and adult orthodontics. Pre prosthetic orthodontics, perio-ortho considerations.
